Another wonderful academic session at PCE is about to commence and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you all.

I am rending my service in this institution with the vision of formation of balanced individuals with requisite knowledge, skills, values, aptitudes and attitudes to become functional and productive teachers who are adaptable to the demands of fast changing world driven by modern science and technology to the intent they are capable of using ICT confidently and creatively to provide relevant education to our future generations.

Education can be likened to a great big canvas and we give immense exposure to our students so that they can make the most of the canvas of opportunity that we offer such that they will paint the goals that they aspire to achieve.

Backed by my energetic faculty and strategically expertise of the management we will continue to strive tirelessly towards ensuring an educationally sound and secure future for our students.
